Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated

System Analyst

with expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365

and loan origination platforms.

This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on system design experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and define detailed functional and technical specifications based on business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify end-to-end process, data, and interface requirements. Perform gap analysis and ensure traceability from business needs to technical solutions. Create and review technical design documents, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and security requirements. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during development, testing, and deployment phases. Support SIT and UAT testing, including test planning, defect analysis, and validation. Lead junior analysts and provide mentorship within the team. Facilitate knowledge transfer and "Train-the-Trainer" sessions on application enhancements. Participate in threat modeling and ensure comprehensive implementation of security safeguards. Demonstrate proactive ownership of tasks, from coordination to delivery and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6-9 years

of hands-on experience in system analysis, preferably in banking or financial services. Proven leadership in

managing IT delivery teams

and implementing large-scale projects. Strong technical/product knowledge of

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Lead Management, Lending)

. In-depth understanding of credit origination processes and system interfaces. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficient in functional specification writing, data mapping, and database querying. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and technologies like .NET, SQL Server, React JS, MQ, and SSO. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM120,000.00 - RM180,000.00 per year
