Requirements: 1. Possess minimum a Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or equivalent 2. At least 5 years related experience in system development and involved in full cycles on software requirement study and analysis 3. Understanding or with basic experience in programming, database, test automation will be advantaged 4. Strong capability on end-users handling and specific requirement gathering 5. Domain knowledge in Retail, Food & Beverage business and Supply Chain System will be advantaged 6. Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms 7. Experience with working in multiple projects within similar timelines 8. Experience in writing/reviewing test cases for windows, web and mobile applications 9. Experience creating test strategies and impact analysis 10. An individual who has a great sense of commitment, highly self-motivated character and ability to lead and motivate team members 11. Good business understanding, customer oriented, creative and strong analytical thinking for solving problems 12. Has pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities: 1. Gather and analyze user requirements to develop functional specifications. 2. Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to design and implement new systems or system enhancements. 4. Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis and cost-benefit analyses to determine the viability of proposed solutions. 5. Create and maintain documentation, including software designs, user manuals, test plans, process flows, data models, and user guides. 6. Assist in the testing and deployment of new systems or system updates. 7. Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. 8. Provides leadership and coordination on tasks pertaining to quality control and systems analysis. 9. Person in charge for communication related to system requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
