DESIGNATION : Senior Systems Analyst - 1U

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver rapid, value-driven solutions for complex business requirements.
• Leverage native Amazon Connect functionality to deliver user requirements quickly with minimal customization.
• Responsible for building and maintaining contact flows in Amazon Connect for M1 Contact Centre.
• Responsible for building integration from Amazon Connect to external components such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, etc. using AWS Lambda.
• Work predominantly in Agile scrum teams, using native Amazon Web Services (AWS) technology and platform.
• Be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development through to integration testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• Relevant AWS Certification will be an advantage
• Preferably 4-6 years of working experience in software engineering teams, ideally using Agile development techniques
• Competent in Java, Node.js and Python programming languages
• Hands-on experience in AWS Lambda
• Understanding of best practices in Coding Standards, Deployment, Integration and Security implementations
• Proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise projects, preferably in Call Centre implementations in the telco industry
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with leading a discussion and doing a technical presentation
