Act as Tier 3 support, handling escalations from Customer Service Helpdesk.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and lead post-mortems.
Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, providing training and technical guidance.
Plan, test, and implement network upgrades, improvements, and standards.
Deploy, configure, and maintain key network technologies (e.g., Cisco, F5, SD-WAN, MPLS, firewalls, WAF).
Monitor Internet peering, traffic management, and ensure network performance meets SLA.
Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on complex issues.
Support data center operations and ensure optimal uptime and resiliency.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, or network engineering.
Strong technical knowledge in routing/switching protocols (especially BGP, OSPF) and hands-on experience with Cisco products.
Experience with cybersecurity concepts and their application in network design and troubleshooting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead resolution activities.
Willingness to work on standby, on-call, weekends, and public holidays as required.
