• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Carry out the full recruitment cycle\xe2\x80\x99s process (i.e Manpower requisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offering, pre-employment verification & onboarding).
• Actively source and connect with potential talents globally through multiple social media platforms.
• Identify and develop the sourcing channels across the globe.
• Organize and participate in campus / career fairs and recruitment events as and when required.
• Contribute to the improvement of the company\'s talent acquisition strategy.
• Contribute to the success of the employee engagement and employer branding\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or similar.
• At least five (5) years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with good understanding of the full recruitment cycle\xe2\x80\x99s process.
• Experience in hiring for Tech roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Adept at using social media platforms (i.e LinkedIn, Behance, Github etc) to source for suitable profiles.
• Experience working in a Headhunter / Recruitment Agency will be an added advantage.
• Enjoy connecting with people and being an effective team player.
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English (verbal & written).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A creative thinker and a proactive problem solver.
• A positive, \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
