Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the International Tax Analyst is to ensure the Company\'s U.S. international tax compliance, which includes preparing and filing federal forms such as 5471, 8858, 8892, and 1118. The role requires analyzing information to determine the appropriate tax positions and coordinating with corporate treasury, accounting, legal, and divisional accounting personnel to ensure compliance. The position will also involve responsibilities related to international indirect taxes and will work closely with the International Tax Manager, divisional accountants, external auditors, and tax advisors. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file the Company\'s federal forms 5471, 8858, 8892, and 1118. Calculate annual foreign tax credit positions, including earnings and profits/tax pools for all 101 foreign subsidiaries. Coordinate with external tax service providers for international income tax compliance. Identify and implement ongoing process improvements within the international tax compliance area to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and documentation. Research various tax issues related to tax return preparation, audit support, and tax planning implementation. Work directly with Senior Management on issues including international tax, treasury management, legal entity management, corporate structure, reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures. Assist in gathering and analyzing local site tax provision information for accuracy every quarter. Coordinate projects related to international tax compliance, overseeing internal parties and external service providers. Maintain up-to-date tax expertise by attending a minimum of two tax seminars per year. Promote company-wide tax awareness and emphasize the importance of compliance. Participate in income tax-related meetings with all levels of management, including senior management. Assist on special research projects. Review foreign tax return compliance to ensure timely filings and appropriate reporting for foreign income tax purposes. Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor\'s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Associate Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of relevant experience. 2+ years of progressive international tax experience in private or public accounting, tax law, or with a governmental revenue department. Understanding of US international tax compliance and US GAAP. Experience with international tax law for both US and foreign entities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High proficiency in organizational abilities. Demonstrated success in working in a team-based environment and leading broader teams. Strong internal customer service focus and ability to build effective relationships with business unit leaders. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management. Working knowledge of transfer pricing rules and methodologies. Ability to attend meetings at US-based hours (Night). Ability to travel as required (Once a year). Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications: BSBA or Bachelor\'s degree in accounting. CPA, CPA equivalent, and/or JD. Advanced degree a plus (MBA, MPA, LLB). Big Four international tax experience preferred.
