About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Tax Accountant

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is certified with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and has the authority to sign and submit tax returns. This role requires a professional with experience in both tax and finance operations and familiarity with digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and submit tax returns as a certified tax agent. Manage and oversee day-to-day finance operations. Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on tax and finance matters. Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff. Utilize digital platforms for accounting and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

Certified by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). 5+ years of experience in tax and finance operations (mid-career senior level). Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting principles. Proficient with accounting software and digital platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
