Job Description

Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and fostering their growth in web development. Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Create interactive and visually engaging dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting tools to support marketing analytics and customer insights. Develop integrations with third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality of our applications. Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experience across various devices and platforms. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the successful translation of design concepts into functional interfaces. Lead backend module development, utilizing technologies like Restify to build efficient and scalable web applications. Utilize modern front-end frameworks and libraries, including Remix and Next.js, for dynamic and performant user interfaces. Leverage Prisma for efficient database interaction, ensuring data retrieval and management for our applications. Take ownership of project coordinating tasks, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide technical expertise. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share best practices, and ensure adherence to development standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our products. Troubleshoot and address technical issues, ensuring smooth performance and optimal user experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Self-taught programmer is welcome to apply. Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a portfolio showcasing previous web development projects. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Restify, Node.js) and RESTful API development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and effective collaboration with designers. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and address technical issues. Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code. Prior experience with marketing or CRM applications is advantageous. Bonus: Familiarity with Remix and Next.js for dynamic front-end development. Bonus: Experience with Prisma/Sequelize for efficient database interaction.
