Senior Technical Analyst

Education

Level: Tertiary education or higher

Field: Information Technology or related computing disciplines

Experience

10+ years

- application development, planning, testing, project management, and business-IT integration

6-10 years working with:

- Microsoft Windows/Solaris/Redhat, Unix/Linux.

- Oracle HTTPS/Oracle Weblogic/Oracle FCCM Suite, Oracle/MS SQL Server databases, Shell scripting/Batch jobs, SQL/PLSQL.

- Relational databases, Data Warehouse/ETL Concepts/AML/KYC/CDD.

Certifications

AML/CFT knowledge or certification preferred

PM, PSM, or other project management certifications are advantageous

Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of Agile practices and Scrum artifacts (DoD, user stories, backlog)

Proficient

in Jira and Confluence

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement

Creative problem-solving and mentoring capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise technical teams to deliver high-quality output and meet project deadlines

Plan and manage IT project tasks and deliverables to ensure smooth implementation within scope, time, and budget

Ensure system availability and performance meet agreed service levels (SLA)

Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet user specifications and business objectives

Attend to user requests, plan system enhancements, and resolve performance and technical issues

Assign appropriate technical resources for prompt resolution of application problems and escalate when necessary

Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC procedures, and audit requirements

Mitigate risks and recommend alternative solutions to address non-compliance or technical constraints

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM9,500.00 per month
