With a long list of products and never-ending customer support that are able to guarantee a very high level of satisfaction for the clients.Industry: Construction/EngineeringLocation: Putra HeightsHeadcount: 1Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM4,800-5,800Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Develop comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, submissions, proposals, and method statements.\xc2\xb7 Generate requisite project completion drawings to ensure the successful execution of construction initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Conduct on-site and laboratory assessments on construction materials, perform surveys, and produce accurate drafts.\xc2\xb7 Deliver articulate technical presentations elucidating the features and benefits of the company\'s products and services\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the timely delivery of technical documents with a minimized error rate.\xc2\xb7 Supervise and guide Jr. Technical Engineers in technical documentation, including specifications, submissions, proposals, and method statements, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Cultivate awareness regarding the company\'s product portfolio and diverse service offerings.\xc2\xb7 Foster enduring and robust relationships with existing clients and prospective stakeholders within the commercial construction sector\xc2\xb7 Participate in networking, promotional events, and trade exhibitions to advocate for the company\'s products and services, while also gathering valuable market intelligence.Key Requirement:\xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 3 year of exposure and working experience as Sr. Technical Engineer or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.\xc2\xb7 General interest in waterproofing specialization.\xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with computer systems and software\'s i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.If you are interested in this position, you may apply directly by clicking \xe2\x80\x9cApply\xe2\x80\x9d button directly or you may apply through our websiteSub Specialization : Engineering;Civil
