POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Leads O&M team in executing the O&M works according to the specified maintenance standards and requirement so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Supervises and ensure full execution of SAP System (Plant Maintenance Module)
• Provide guidance, advice and direction to all subordinate and to promote high standard of maintenance culture, efficiency, productivity, teamwork, quality services and personnel job enrichment
• Revises of PPM checklist, tasks list & master data and analyses technical reports, identifies trends for the facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommends for continuous improvement
• Review the performance of the facilities/system and provide input and recommendation for any upgrading or refurbishment work
• Establishment of new contract and managing and ensuring the contractors are delivering the service standard as required in the contract for outsourcing work.
• Execute the master maintenance plans and master maintenance schedules as well as implementation of approved capital and operating budget
• Analyses cost implications of the operations, maintenance and repair activities and recommend for budgetary

Skills

• Knowledge in maintenance and operation of airports facilities
• Possess updated knowledge in the latest technology and airport facilities and project management
• Knowledge of contract management i.e construction, legal and value engineering
• Knowledge in Local and International Airside Regulations and Requirements.

Relevant Industries

• Diploma preferably with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in airport / facility operation and maintenance

Education

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil)
