Company Description We are a Malaysian grown mechanical ventilation manufacturer and supplier. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, providing technical expertise to sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Senior Technical Sales Engineer will create and deliver presentations and proposals to customers, develop solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer relationship building Demonstrated expertise in technical consultation, solution development, and presentation skills Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, cross-functional teams, and management in a professional manner Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, with a strong sense of initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software Fluency in English and local languages
