Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Specialist. The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support to customers. The Senior Technical Specialist should also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, and possess strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues. Qualifications Analytical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel Experience in technical support and customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of computer systems and networking Experience with cloud technologies and security is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams Excellent knowledge of software engineering principles and software architecture Proficient with a variety of programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, and React Experience with agile software development methodologies Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
