Job Description

Job Purpose:

Provide enterprise-level assistance to our user. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help user to install applications and programs. Monitor and maintain the computer systems, Server, and networks of an organisation. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applications problem.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Install, configure, maintain, and support all IT hardware, infrastructure, and related services. Oversee network, server, and workstation maintenance, troubleshooting, problem resolution, budgetary control, and information security. Provide enterprise-level technical support, including diagnosis of hardware, software, system, and application issues. Monitor and review system diagnostics to assess performance, functionality, and efficiency. Administer disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure company operations remain functional during incidents. Plan, evaluate, and implement network and system software upgrades in line with vendor releases and business requirements. Monitor emerging network and infrastructure technologies and present quarterly technology updates to the executive team. Manage and maintain secure IT environments, including servers, networks, and endpoints. Coordinate and guide team members to ensure tasks and projects are delivered on schedule, with regular status updates. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring solutions and services align with company direction and standards.

Requirements:

Must to have:

Candidate must possess at least Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or equivalent.

Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology Experience with Firewall management. Server and other network security devices. Hands-on experience working with SAN/NAS storage sub-systems. Experience POS hardware devices Experience on SQL databases management such as backup, recovery, and maintenance. Has 2+ years of experience in, network topology & security and retail equipment's.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
