Job Responsibilities:

• Records, monitors and distributes service work (SW) and service request (SR) to subordinates and contract staff (contract vendors) under its control as stated in SOP MCS (management controls system).
• Records and ensure that daily log sheet data in the Plant Room is taken by the staff on duty and updated in the ASIS Engineering Operation Data (EOD) .
• Carry out repair work according to Schedule / Unscheduled Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems that require expertise.
• Request order of goods in accordance with SW / SR requirements, monitor progress of works done by the vendors and verify invoices for the payment process for the work done by vendors.
• Carry out "Testing & Commissioning" and update status Asset Register Form
• Assist and provide technical feedback to TE / FHE / FM for maintenance work requiring vendor expertise and monitoring the work done.
• Provide Technical Report (TA) and reimbursable work (RW).
• Ensure that the plant Room , Workshop and maintenance equipment is in good condition and safe according to the work safety act.

Job Requirements:

• Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma / Diploma Kemahiran in HVAC Engineering.
• At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Hands-on experience in Air Conditioning and Ventilation system.
• Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
