About our group:We are an Equipment Support Group (ESG) for Polish process and manufacturing of aluminum substrate. Our main objective is to support production equipment ensuring smooth operation, high equipment efficiency and perform equipment preventive maintenance program.About the role - you will:

• Support & perform preventive maintenance for Polish equipment
• Study equipment PM performance and preventive maintenance programs
• Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process thru Preventive Maintenance for All Polisher
• Support programs and solutions for increasing uptime and manufacturing process thru preventive maintenance and improvement projects for polisher
• Maintain all Polisher PM scheduling & records and Calibration scheduling & records
• Establish and maintain 5 S housekeeping program for PM teams including workshop
• Manage PM tools, Workshop chemical and common spare part for PM tools
• Train new or existing PM/ESG personnel on PM task and equipment SOP based on new revised for PM/MI document
• Adhere to EHS safety SOP and programs

About you:

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
• Good knowledge in Preventive Maintenance and equipment overhaul, major part replacement
• Self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A good team player with discipline and working attitude, initiative, proactive and independent
• Willing to adapt to any situation. Emphasis of making the work challenging & meaningful
• Provide effective communication and build new skills for managing performance
• Able and willing to work in shift. (12 hours shift)
• Preferable Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, control/automation)

Your experience includes:

• Above 5 years of hands-on background in preventive maintenance and equipment support
• Project and equipment base would be beneficial
• Performance of Preventive Maintenance and equipment overhaul
• Establishment and maintenance of 5 S housekeeping program
