Requirements
About the role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Senior Technician to join our team at First Air Sales & Services Engineering Sdn Bhd in Butterowrth, Penang. This is a full-time position that will involve providing expert maintenance and repair services for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' critical HVAC equipment.
What we're looking for

• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Formal qualifications in HVAC/refrigeration or relevant trade certification
• 5 years above of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to attend complain after work

Working time
Monday to Friday : 8.30AM to 5.30PM
Saturday : 8.30AM to 1.30PM
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing

• Conducting routine inspections, maintenance and servicing of air conditioning and refrigeration units
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues, and implementing effective solutions
• Performing repairs and replacements of HVAC components as needed
• Maintaining detailed records of all work carried out
• Providing excellent customer service and advice to clients
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations
