After production begins, we expect to continually refine and improve our product and offerings, ensuring that we identify, review and respond to market feedback. Our sustaining team provide the Design Engineering capability and resources to manage, improve, maintain and expand our multi-category portfolio of current production products. Through this approach we maintain and expand our competitive advantage after product launch.

Responsibilities:

• Support Engineer to conduct production part approval from suppliers and contract manufacturers.

• Support Engineer to review part approval documents to ensure requirement on dimensions, material, process and fit function comply to specification.

• Support Engineer to perform sample inspection to ensure external cosmetic condition comply to Dyson Quality Standard.

• Support Engineer to perform failure investigation, generate analysis and conduct necessary testing.

• Support Engineer during production Line qualification and troubleshooting production issues.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any Engineering field or equivalent.

• Preferably with relevant 2-3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.

• Understand technical drawing on part and assembly level.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques, tooling, plastics injection moulding, metal stamping.

• Experience with assembly, test and inspection or quality control.

• Attention to details.

• Good written and verbal communication in English, self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
