Job Description

Responsibility & Accountability:

1) Responsible to assist inspect all PM Scheduling for all equipment & facilities (related to Production) following plan and assist start-up check during initial Mass Production.

2) Carried out in general mould change, parameter setting for equipment and quality specification as per schedule to subordinate or instructed by superior.

3) Liaise with Quality supervisor, Production Supervisor, Production control and Tooling when technical problem arises.

4) Check abnormal occurrence finding / reported by his subordinate, analysis and responsible to do improvement.

5) Patrol and perform regularly and verify it to ensure all machine are mass production within normal system and good quality control.

6) Involve / assist in analysis for abnormal quality issue (using QC tools & technical supporting related to MOLDING) & problem solving and any activity related to PMFEA & APQP.

7) Responsible to create Work Instruction for any standardization improvement activity.

Competency Requirement

1) Education and Experience:

Certificate or Diploma. 3 years and above on technical in Injection Molding Manufacturing.
2) Skills:

Verbal and written communications skills Supervisory, Injection Molding, Assembly. Technical and

computer

knowledge Self-motivated, honest and possess leadership qualities and able to work independently.
