We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Telesales to help drive revenue growth and manage a team focused on client engagement. This individual will be responsible for guiding their team to successfully close deals through remote interactions and building strong, lasting relationships with clients through strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable presenting offerings virtually, and adept at managing client inquiries and concerns.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Engage existing clients to drive solution adoption or contract renewals.
Address client inquiries regarding the company's offerings.
Identify client needs through discovery and successfully close sales opportunities.
Facilitate handovers to the field sales team for complex engagements when necessary.
Maintain accurate client records within the system.
Process orders precisely and efficiently.
Resolve client grievances to uphold the organization's reputation.
Strive to exceed sales quotas and cultivate future sales opportunities.
Document interactions, sales outcomes, and relevant client insights.
Lead the execution of outreach campaigns and provide coaching and performance monitoring to team members.
Articulate the value of solutions to clients, leveraging available internal tools.
Analyze and apply data insights within a solution sales framework.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years experience in Telesales, customer service, or a related field preferred but not necessarily require.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and confident sales approach.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
