What will you do?


Build Offer

• Understand the RFQ / Customer\xe2\x80\x99s demand
• Deploy and adjust answering strategy
• Develop the value proposition, process bid approvals as per delegation of authority guidelines.
• Submit offer

Closing & order booking

• Listen to & resolve open concerns
• Perform win/loss analysis
• Transfer to Execution

Risk Analysis

• Taking into account all the risk factors(technical/commercial/legal) while preparing and compiling the tender documents to avoid any future liabilities to the organization

Vendor Negotiation

• Arrange back up quotations from Outside Group / Inside Group vendors, analysis of the quotation and negotiation with them to come out with a winning proposal

Technical Evaluation

• 
  Comparison of all technical details mention in tender documents with the product available in the Schneider Product portfolio.
• Technical evaluation of the client requirement as per the tender specification, Drawing, BOM.
• Techno-commercial comparison of the product with-in the approved makes available in tender documents.
• Proposing client an optimal cost-effective solution as per the client requirements.

Internal networks

• Develop internal support network with SMEs
• Develop and manage relations with other Business Units/ Back offices in Schneider Electric

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Degree in electrical & electronics engineering
• At least 5 years of tendering experience in digital power automation projects, preferably in oil & gas, data center or utilities.
• Familiar with Financial, legal and commercial aspects of tenders, Risks and Opportunities management, Analytical skills, Digital Automation products, Knowledge of Distribution market
