We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to lead and execute test strategies, manage planning, and oversee test case design and execution. This role involves mentoring junior testers, ensuring quality delivery across projects, and acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and execution of test strategies, ensuring all testing activities are completed within established timelines.
• Guide and develop junior testers, fostering their technical and professional growth within the team.
• Contribute to the test strategy / planning / test case design, ensuring test execution efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure all system features are thoroughly tested and function as intended.
• Act as a key coordinator during project initiation, gathering the business needs and follow-up with technical team.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in software testing, with expertise in test strategy, planning, and case design.
• Proficiency in advanced testing methodologies for web-based systems, familiarity with DevOps and Jira, and defect management.
• Strong understanding and experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Effective in managing multiple projects, balancing priorities, and coordinating tasks.
• Skilled in understanding business needs and proposing solutions with technical support.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and the operation of an insurance company is an advantage.
• The ability to communicate in Cantonese is an advantage
