Job Description

A fast-growing multinational company specializes in the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs) tailored for the power supply market is expanding their engineering team. You will be a key part of helping the business to identify challenges to growth as it expands market share in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.s

• Leads test program development and optimization activities for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components.
• Works closely with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test solutions for new products (software and hardware).
• Be the point-of-contact and coordinator of all test engineering activities at our OSATs. Works closely with OSAT teams to ensure smooth deployment of high quality, efficient and cost-effective probe and test solutions into manufacturing.
• Travel to our OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining and efficiency improvement activities as needed.

Education and Professional Experience

• Bachelor/master\'s degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer/Mechatronics engineering.
• Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
• Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a semiconductor test environment.
• ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience an added advantage.
• Enjoys the challenge of hands-on, data driven technical problem-solving opportunities.
• Possess strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong communicator and willing to travel to our OSATs overseas as needed.
