3.0 Job Purpose \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate will be joining eZTracker team, a ground-breaking new Blockchain Solution in Pharma Supply Chain, as Business Analyst. The solution aims to create unprecedented traceability and visibility for products flowing through the pharma supply chain while also empowering patients and healthcare practitioners to identify counterfeit products in the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Both team and the business are in infancy, so we are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to help us accelerate and scale. \xe2\x80\xa2 Our Senior Test Engineer will be the bedrock of the eZTracker organization and will be responsible for planning, driving and executing on all quality related elements of the business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must have strong, hands-on work experience in testing mobile or web applications using modern methodology and frameworks \xe2\x80\x93 with familiarity across both manual and automate test tasks and activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Additionally, applicants will benefit from having an understanding in blockchain networks and solution design \xe2\x80\x93 specifically in Hyperledger \xe2\x80\x93 although this is not a necessary pre-requisite. \xe2\x80\xa2 They must have a ruthless commitment and passion to getting things done on time and with great quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 As with most start-ups, the candidate should expect a high degree of agility, independence and collaboration so all applicants should thrive and be able to deliver outcomes under situations of uncertainty. Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive will be key. 4.0 Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in a scrum team and participate in all scrum events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with product, project, and development management teams in product development lifecycle to conform end user product and quality requirements and shipment schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work as part of delivery team to release stable enterprise software products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to write test plan (for both automation (nice to have) and manual) and do manual test execution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse performance requirements, develop and execute performance testing and present results for validating and analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Estimate test accurately and coordinate with team members for work activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage a team of vendor testers for day to day test plan and execution, keep team morale. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare software defect tracking and regular reports on test results for delivery team and stakeholders to evaluate product quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Document test results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform testing for our mobile app, ipad app, website, ETLs, dashboard as required. Job requirements At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or 2 years with master\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
