JOB PURPOSE

The role will be part of a new IT Services DevOps team within the Identity & Access Management area serving the \xe2\x80\x9cStart DHL\xe2\x80\x9d service introduction. After an initial implementation phase the \xe2\x80\x9cStart DHL\xe2\x80\x9d project will turn into a global service, providing identity management to all DHL divisions.

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to define and integrate a Testing Strategy for new \xe2\x80\x9cSTART DHL \xe2\x80\x9cservice. Besides that task will be to define and execute test scenarios in an agile environment.

Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements. Consulting with the software development team and product owner to improve application performance with better user experience. The candidate should have hands on experience in Identity Management & Software Testing and good knowledge in both Manual & Automation Test execution process, usage of related tools and framework.

\xc2\xb7 Define test cases to mirror Functional & Non Functional Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Document the integration Testing Strategy for new capability / services

\xc2\xb7 Implement the Testing strategy which was described during the Requirement Analysis phase.

\xc2\xb7 Create & Execute Regression, System/Integration, Load/Performance Suites and Report the Test Result.

\xc2\xb7 Involve in the analysis, development, execution, troubleshooting, maintaining and documentation of test cases ensuring maximum data coverage and performance testing scripts using various performance testing tools.

\xc2\xb7 Creation and Setup the Automation Test scenarios & framework using Selenium & TestNG Framework.

\xc2\xb7 Work with project managers, scrum masters and testing coordinators, participate in defect management and resolution process.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT

The candidate must have strong understanding of Identity management environments covering elements such as

• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Enterprise directories (AAD, LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)
• Enterprise systems (ServiceNow)

The candidate is required to have good knowledge of Elixir Phoenix and JavaScript to ensure implementation aligns to the following:

• IM Framework, design & architecture
• Entitlement model for the application based on business requirements
• Role Based Access Control (RBAC) requirements
• SoD model (segregation of duty models)
• SSO/MFA requirements
• OAuth Principles
• AAD and MS Graph API Knowledge
• Automation of user life cycle activities such as creation/deletion

MUST BE PROFICIENT IN

Strong Technical and Functional experience in Manual & Automation Testing using Selenium & TestNG Framework.

\xc2\xb7 Well versed in all phases of SDLC, ADLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, best practices & Testing Life Cycle, Knowledge of Process Improvement, IT Governance and Risk Management.

\xc2\xb7 Expertise in performing different types of Testing: White Box (Unit Testing, Integration testing), Black Box, Smoke, Functionality, Integration, Stress, Volume, System, Performance, Regression Testing and Full Life Cycle Testing.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in analyzing test results and submitting the defects for the User Stories in Jira.

\xc2\xb7 Working experience in GitHub, build automation tools (like Jenkins..) and agile development tools like Jira and Confluence.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work independently with problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail qualities with the shifting priorities and demands.
