This role offers an attractive salary of up to RM20,000 and the chance to lead and execute full aspects of solution testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for everything from Test Strategy to Test Resource Management, End to End test cases preparation, test environment and data set-up, test execution, progress tracking/reporting and defect management.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 8 years\' experience in managing and leading a testing team on large scale projects.

What you\'ll do:As a Senior Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of solution testing. You will work collaboratively with various teams to drive quality testing while ensuring conformance to high-quality standards. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing the testing processes and procedures. You will also support the Associate Director in planning and managing testing activities. Your expertise will be vital in developing the overall Test Strategy for system implementation projects. Furthermore, you will function as a Governance in accordance with the Enterprise QA Framework / SDLC.

• Work closely with Business Units, Vendors and Product teams to drive quality testing and ensure conformance of quality standards.
• Lead and manage the testing processes and procedures, test case design, test execution, capturing test results and analysis, defect management, traceability matrix and test reporting.
• Support the Associate Director of Quality Engineering Assurance in planning, monitoring, and managing the testing activities.
• Lead the implementation, and evolvement of testing framework, measure, report on success metrics, grow the team\'s knowledge in the application of testing tools/process.
• Develop, explain, and lead the overall Test Strategy for system implementation projects.
• Function as a Governance (maker/checker role) in accordance to the Enterprise QA Framework / SDLC which includes establishing and tracking quality assurance metrics.

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Senior Test Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in managing and leading a testing team on large scale projects. You will have strong knowledge of the insurance domain and be adept at managing testing in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. Your hands-on experience in planning, testing and defect tracking using tools such as JIRA and Confluence will be crucial. Familiarity with test program concerns including test data management, risk issue reporting ad resolution, test design and test development is essential. Experience with DEVOPS/Continuous Integration such as Jenkins or Azure DEVOPS, and knowledge in non-functional related areas such as Performance Testing and Automation Testing would be advantageous. ISTQB - CTFL, ISTQB - CTAL qualifications are preferred.

• Minimum 8 years\' working experience in managing and leading a testing team with end-to-end testing for large scale projects.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
• Strong experience in managing testing both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience in planning, testing and defect tracking skills include using a variety of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with test program concerns including test data management, risk issue reporting ad resolution, test design and test development.
