An established travel management service provider in Malaysia is setting up a new luxury travel division and is looking for talented candidate for a Senior Travel Advisor (Travel and Tourism) to manage their key clients.

About the Senior Travel Advisor (Travel and Tourism) Role:
You will be responsible for managing key clients with high net worth income and working closely with the Team Lead and the Travel Support Specialist to curate personalised luxury travel experience for the clienteles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential and existing customers, promoting and recommending hand-picked hotel experiences that align with their preferences, needs, and aspirations. Strive to achieve company goals by driving customer engagement and conversions
• Get to know the customers intimately and anticipate their travel needs, providing personalised recommendations, solutions, and insights surrounding the hotels that we recommend for them. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of destinations, hotel options, flight options, and exclusive experiences to deliver value-added services
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner. Aim to resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Drive sales and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. Continuously seek opportunities to up sell and cross-sell luxury travel experiences to customers

To succeed in this Senior Travel Advisor (Travel and Tourism) role, you will need to be detail-oriented, ability to understand customer\'s needs and striving for excellent service.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor\'s degree is preferred
• Previous experience serving high net worth, luxury customers in any field or industry
• Knowledge and appreciation for luxury hotels and the ability to match customer\'s preferences and expectations to suitable accommodations are an added advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction
• High degree of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
