- Design and deliver high-quality UI artifacts for the organization\'s digital products across various devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-friendly interfaces.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and market research.
- Develop and maintain a design library/style guide to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and projects.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design process and decisions.
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a design-related field, with at least 3 years of UI design experience.
- Stay updated with the latest visual trends.
- Hand-drawing and creative design skills are a plus.
