What's the Project?

Our client is a leader in providing affordable health care to a wide array of patients. You will work on a web application that will serve patients needs, allow them easier and faster access to necessary healthcare treatments and fasten up the process of approving healthcare insurance. Besides technical challenges laid in front you, you will also work on a project with a significant social impact.

Your day-to-day activities:

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Provide Style Guides and all needed visual assets to engineering team Collaborate with the business and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Conduct usability testing to identify and fix UI issues.

You're a perfect match if you have:

5+ years UI/UX experience; 3+ years experience owning UI/UX design projects Owned (or significantly contributed to) the design of a successful software application (as opposed to one that failed, or never got to significant scale) Experience in developing consumer facing applications or websites Experience working in fast paced environments (startups, tiger teams, etc) Experience working with all key product members of the product team - product managers, developers, executives, and other designers Experience using UX/UI tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
