Senior UX Designer (Banking)

Job description

Primary Objectives:

• Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer pain points and develop customer-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to create personas based on business objectives and data analysis.
• Design UX flows, prototypes, and supporting documents to effectively communicate design approach.
• Validate designs through usability testing and analyze findings to propose recommendations.
• Lead and guide the UI team to ensure consistent and user-centered product experiences.

Key Responsibilities: * Design innovative and user-centric product experiences aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct interviews and UX research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Analyze data and co-create personas with the team.
• Influence project prioritization based on research insights and business value.
• Facilitate workshops for discovery, ideation, and prototyping.
• Design UX flows and prototypes, challenging traditional processes for optimized experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Present design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on UX trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with UI designers and developers for a cohesive user experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree or higher in digital design, Human Factors Interaction, or related field.

• Accreditation in UX research, Design Thinking, or agile is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in user experience design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI development for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end product design.
• Ability to advocate for ideal user experience and communicate its impact.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team management skills.
• Investigative and data-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills for UX research and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Cloud.
• Experience in financial services, online payments, or e-commerce is a plus.
