Company Description IM Global Property Consultants Sdn. Bhd. is a property consultancy firm based in Kuala Lumpur with ten branch offices throughout Malaysia. Since its inception in 2005, the firm has been providing valuation, real estate agency, auction, and project management services to clients in Malaysia. IMG is a registered and licensed property consultant certified by the Ministry of Finance and Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Valuation Executive at IMG in Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Valuation Executive will be responsible for managing and conducting property valuations, analyzing market trends, preparing valuation reports, and managing client relationships. Qualifications Strong knowledge of property valuation methodologies and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related field Professional membership in the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia is a plus Experience in project management and real estate agency is a plus To conduct relevant market study and research in relation to valuation exercise To market the valuation services to our panel of bankers, corporate clients and other valuation prospects.
