Role Overview
As a Senior Video Editor, you will play a key role in shaping the visual narrative of the organization\'s content. This position involves leading the video editing process, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality video content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the video editing process, from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standard of quality and creativity.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging, and cohesive video content.
• Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project goals and objectives.
• Provide creative direction and input on visual storytelling, pacing, and overall video composition.
• Collaborate with content creators and scriptwriters to align video content with brand and messaging.
• Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit and enhance video content.
• Stay informed about advancements in video editing techniques, tools, and technology.
• Enhance video and audio quality during post-production processes.
• Add visual effects, graphics, and animations to elevate the overall production value.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of video production processes, storytelling techniques, and visual aesthetics.
• Creative thinking and the ability to bring innovative ideas to video projects.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
