Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Broadcasting, Media Communication, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication skills.

• Possess a basic setup and operating broadcasting experience.
• Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brain storming.
• Proven record of experience in developing content, video shooting, and video editing for multiple social media platforms.
• Experience in live streaming video shooting and editing.
• Keep track of digital series trends and able to make creative, fun, and social-driven videos to share across our platform.
• Familiar with DSLR cameras, lighting, editing, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc), Mac Software, or equivalent.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and as well as in a team.

• To coordinate and execute video shooting and video editing for social media platforms.
• To create and produce high quality graphic and multimedia content for social media platform
• Creating ideas and participate in video shooting and video editing projects.
• To manage, maintain and monitor equipment, hardware and software, and other essential equipment.
• Working closely with sales & marketing team to design and develop video content, video shooting and video editing for all social media platforms.
• Writing or editing scripts for video production.
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
• Refine video by integrating relevant animations and effects.
• Capture and shoot photographic images and videos for all social media, company function, projects, events and other activities.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to manage and lead the video team and assign the job tasks to team members
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
