Role Overview
As a Senior Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with the organization\'s creative vision and brand identity. This role involves leading video production projects, managing a team of videographers, and ensuring the delivery of visually compelling and engaging video assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of video production projects, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to post-production.
  • Provide creative direction for video shoots, including shot composition, lighting, and overall visual aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of video equipment, ensuring that all tools are in optimal condition for shoots.
  • Stay informed about advancements in videography technology and recommend equipment upgrades as needed.
  • Scout and select locations for video shoots, considering visual appeal, lighting conditions, and logistical feasibility.
  • Develop shot lists, storyboards, and shooting schedules for each project.
  • Capture high-quality and visually appealing footage, paying attention to composition, framing, and camera movement.
  • Operate a variety of cameras, lenses, and other cinematography equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Proficiency in operating professional video equipment and software.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and visual storytelling.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to bring innovative ideas to video projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
