Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end video and photo production, from concept development to final delivery. Provide creative direction and storytelling that align with the company's branding. Mentor and supervise junior team members or external freelancers when required. Create engaging commercial-level content for

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and XHS

. Handle professional-level videography, photography, lighting, and editing equipment. Cover product launches, corporate events, lifestyle campaigns, and customer testimonials. Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies and ensure timely execution. Stay updated with the latest creative trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Art & Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience

in videography and photography. Strong portfolio showcasing

commercial, branding, or lifestyle content

. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent software. Strong leadership, creativity, and project management skills. Able to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision. Candidates with automotive, luxury, or lifestyle content background will have an added advantage.
