Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience in coordinating multi-location warehouse operations is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good knowledge with ERP System and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch for both Muar HQ and Sabah warehouses
• Ensure accurate inventory records and timely submission of stock reports
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring prompt delivery schedules and minimal cost
• Oversee and implement warehouse procedures for inventory handling, safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Liaise between both warehouses to standardize operating procedures and resolve operational issues
• Plan and allocate warehouse manpower efficiently to meet workload demands
• Conduct stock takes (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and investigate any stock discrepancies
• Work closely with the Operations, Planning, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth material and product flow
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines in all warehouse operations
• Identify and propose process improvements for warehouse efficiency and cost savings
• Support the training and development of warehouse staff to maintain high performance and accuracy
