A well-known FMCG company is currently recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Manager job to manage its distribution Centre in the Central Region and ensure efficient operations whilst identifying improvement opportunities and driving change management.

About the Senior Warehouse Manager Role:
In this position, you will lead the Warehouse team to monitor KPIs and ensure that any issues faced within operations are quickly and strategically dealt with to ensure the smooth operations with accurate fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal teams to ensure that operations are carried in a productive and efficient manner
• Track and monitoring team KPI (quality, stock level, delivery times, delivery accuracy and team efficiency)
• To implement a strategic approach to warehouse flow and team management to have the most optimised and effective workflow
• Responsible for reporting the operations productivity, stock & delivery accuracy and timeliness of deliveries to upper management
• To continuously look into improvement opportunities within the operations to maintain a high level of service quality
• To identify and understand new technologies that may increase process efficiency and to recommend to upper management
• Ensure compliance to all audit standards and to attend to incident management
• Continuously monitor and identify potential operational issues and proactively planning mitigation steps

To succeed in the Senior Warehouse Manager role, you will need to be well versed with warehousing operations and improvement strategies/change management to further improve the operations environment of the company

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study
• Over 10 years of working experience in warehouse management
• Proven track record in managing warehouse and distribution costs
• Seasoned in managing large teams
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
• Experience in FMCG and loose picking would be an added advantage
