Join the no. 1 travel management service provider in Malaysia!The Senior Web Developer is responsible for programming, coding, and providing insights on the technology roadmap. Leading innovative design and layout efforts for our websites and tech platforms, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, playing a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, you will contribute to creating high-quality, scalable, and responsive web solutions. The ideal candidate is not only a proficient coder but also a strategic thinker capable of contributing to the overall architecture and technical roadmap of our web applications. Reporting directly to the Technology Manager, this role is a crucial contributor to the creation and maintenance of state-of-the-art web experiences.You will play an important role in: * Full Stack Development: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, ensuring both frontend and backend components are cohesive and optimized for performance.

• Architecture and Design: Contribute to the architectural decisions and design discussions to create scalable and maintainable web solutions.
• Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful implementation of features.
• Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for performance optimization, security enhancements, and best practices in web development.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of web applications.
• Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team\'s development processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Expertise in backend development using server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java).
• Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and web application deployment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
