The Industry Architect role provides sales support and delivery leadership, guiding the Infor consulting teams and customers on how to achieve business objectives and success with Infor CloudSuite Warehouse Management Solution through industry and implementation leading best practices

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with sales and delivery teams from initial sales discovery through design and implementation of the WMS solution with focus on Retail, Online-Grocery and 3PL industry

\xc2\xb7 Able to translate business and technical requirements into a project and architectural blueprint that achieves the desired business outcomes, including identifying solutions

\xc2\xb7 Able to define scope of the project via a broader solution and visioning conversations

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the creation of the delivery roadmap, estimates and project timelines

\xc2\xb7 Lead projects in a highly collaborative model with Infor consultants and clients

\xc2\xb7 Inspire and mentor our consultants, with a focus on building expertise our clients value and accelerating career advancement of strong performers

\xc2\xb7 Provide thought leadership and become a trusted advisor to our clients and establish and maintain relations with all project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors

\xc2\xb7 Use consulting skills, business knowledge and package solution expertise to effectively implement package technology in a client business environment in order to achieve client expected business results

\xc2\xb7 Lead working sessions to understand client business requirements

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and requirements

\xc2\xb7 Develop and deliver project deliverables such as roadmap, process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and functional design documents

\xc2\xb7 Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business decisions related to industry and/or functional area

\xc2\xb7 Participate in and/ or lead quality management reviews including design, prototype and other stages of project, to ensure requirements are fulfilled

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to Infor WMS Communities and process enhancement initiatives, including the further development of project-specific documents, tools, and artifacts

What You Will Need:

• Over 10 years of WMS operation and consulting experience with Warehouse Management Solution
• Experienced with implementation of WMS with Warehouse Automation Equipment
• Strong Industry experience in warehouse operations for FMCG, Retail, online supermarket and 3PL warehouse
• Familiar with Retail/Store operation
• Excellent understanding of cloud services, software platforms and technical architecture
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms
• Strong written and oral skills
• Flexibility to travel as required

Preferred Qualification:

• Industry certifications (eg. TOGAF)
• Proven leadership capabilities and demonstrated aility to develop people and motivate teams towards high levels of achievement
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms
