Key Responsibilities:

Drive automation strategy and best practices that empower teams to deliver high-quality products with agility and confidence. Architect and lead the evolution of intelligent, scalable automation frameworks that leverage AI to increase test coverage, precision, and speed across web, mobile, and API platforms. Mentor and inspire a high-performing QA team, cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, AI engineers, and DevOps to embed quality into every step of the software lifecycle. Solve complex automation challenges with creativity and technical mastery, ensuring robust, reliable releases at scale. Integrate Seamlessly by work with DevOps to embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable releases. Continuously scout, evaluate, and integrate emerging tools and AI-powered technologies that redefine QA productivity and impact.

Job Requirements:

5-8 years of deep software testing experience with a focus on automation across web, mobile, and API domains. Juniors from 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proven mastery of automation tools such as Selenium, Testim, or equivalent, with hands on scripting in Java, JavaScript, or C#. Expertise in designing and executing complex API integration tests and validating intricate data flows. Solid experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Strong command of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies. Demonstrated leadership in driving QA initiatives and mentoring teams to success. Exceptional analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communicator and collaborator across diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow. Familiarity with containerized testing environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cloud testing platforms like AWS Device Farm or BrowserStack. ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification. Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. OPEN TO MALAYSIANS ONLY.
