A luxury Jewelry brand is looking for Sales Associates for TRX Malaysia Store with competitive package.Working location : TRX Kuala LumpurReporting Line: Boutique ManagerJob Responsibilities:
- Develop every sales opportunity that can arise
- Offer extraordinary customer service when attending to any client / prospect client / browser
- Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directions
- Perform daily stock take and sales reports
- Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team
- Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team
- Promote CRM activities
- Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. e.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc
- At least 2 years experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from timepieces or high-end luxury retail industry
- Sales and resulted-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective
- High integrity with good ethics and values
- A team player with a can-do attitude
