Position: Senior Project Sales Manager Salary: $4500 - $5800 Working days: 5 days Location: Kent Ridge Bonus: 13th month bonus, Quarterly performance bonus, Typical project bonus Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain customer relationship; expand projects opportunities
- Responsible for sales of security and communication systems projects
- Ensure profitability of project orders secured and monitor prospects\xe2\x80\x99 follow up
- Support marketing efforts to ensure that order intake targets and margins are met
- Build up portfolio of prospects to be followed up
- Review consultants\xe2\x80\x99 specifications and customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and ensure they are clearly understood and complied with
- Lead the design of the various systems to ensure compliance at optimized cost
- Gather market feedback and information
- Collate quotations from suppliers, study and analyse for suitability for intended projects
- Coordinate and facilitate customer requirements.
- Work closely with the projects and service team for a seamless project implementation
- Meet consultants and customers regularly
- Work with teammates in preparation of response to major tenders and sales enquiries
- Follow-up on regional projects
- Organize and lead special marketing activities
- Report to General Manager for prospects and follow up on special marketing efforts where required
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related field required
- 5 years sales experience
- Experience in the Security/Access control/ CCTV/ IT industry is a plus
