About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven

SEO Executive

with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to drive qualified organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

on-page and off-page SEO strategies

to improve search visibility and rankings. Conduct

keyword research and competitor analysis

to identify growth opportunities. Optimize website structure, content, landing pages, and metadata in line with SEO best practices. Perform

technical SEO audits

and work with developers to resolve issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, etc.). Build and manage

link-building campaigns

and outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword positions, conversions). Stay updated on the latest

search engine algorithms, trends, and SEO tools

to continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

3+ years proven experience

in SEO, with measurable results in organic growth. Proficiency in SEO tools such as

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz

(or similar). Strong understanding of

HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms

(e.g., WordPress, Shopify). Experience with

technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies

. Familiarity with

local SEO, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing

is a plus. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
