Job Description

We're looking for a passionate SEO Growth Specialist who loves analyzing data, trying new strategies, and driving organic traffic results. You'll be responsible for improving search visibility, rankings, and conversions across our lifestyle and beauty platforms -- and client websites across Asia.

What You'll Do

Research and identify high-performing keywords for content growth Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for strong SEO outcomes Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes Support content strategy -- SEO briefs, content optimization, competitor analysis Build quality backlinks through outreach and digital PR Track and report rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and backlinks Use GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush to monitor performance Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and SEO trends Collaborate with content, design, and development teams

What We're Looking For

1-2+ years of hands-on SEO experience Good understanding of on-page, off-page & technical SEO Familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs Experience with WordPress and SEO plugins SEO content writing experience is an advantage Analytical mindset + strong attention to detail Responsible, organized, and eager to keep learning

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
