About the role: We\'re looking for a passionate SEO connoisseur to join our talented digital marketing team to drive detailed SEO strategy and make a meaningful impact on our organic presence for The Access Group in Asia-Pacific. This is an exciting time to join a growing team with a strong appreciation and understanding of all things digital. You\'ll be getting stuck in straight away so we\'re looking for someone with a breadth of knowledge to draw from and willingness to bring forward new perspective and ideas. You will showcase mature knowledge of the core principles of technical, on-page and off-site SEO with a proven experience of spearheading positive change while baking in best practice (white-hat SEO approach) - your results should speak for themselves. You\'ll be a data-driven problem solver with a learn-it-all and not a know-it-all mindset. You will expertly report on organic search performance to multiple senior stakeholders throughout the marketing community. You\'ll have a skill for communicating technical information in an accessible and informative way. Responsibilities: Strategy - Work closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver a robust and scalable SEO roadmap. Growth - Identify opportunities for growth in impactful and competitive areas which drive quality, converting traffic to support the performance within region. Reporting - Measure and regularly communicate SEO performance with key stakeholders, with confident direction and outcomes. Research - Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in SEO, with a willingness to bring new direction to the team. Collaboration - Actively look to build your internal network within Access for a holistic approach to SEO as part of the digital marketing ecosystem. Stakeholders - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external resources to deliver the best possible outcome to overall marketing strategies. KPIs: Domain and topical authority Organic traffic growth (MoM and YoY) Quality of organic traffic and leads generated Organic conversion rate optimisation (CRO) Keyword rankings and performance Share of search and brand visibility SERP visibility and Click-through-rates (CTR) Skills and experience: Proven experience as an SEO specialist or similar role with at least 4 years of experience. Experience working in either a complex matrix organisation, B2B or software industry. Proficient with relevant tools such as GA360, GA4, SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog and rank tracking platform like SERanking. Ability to build SEO reports with ease using Excel, Google Looker Studio (or similar) for data analysis. Data driven mind-set with a strong focus on analysing and interpreting dataset exports. Disciplined reporting and communication on results and trends weekly, monthly, and annually. Strong knowledge of technical SEO including page speed optimisation and Core Web Vitals. Strong knowledge of on-page SEO with best practices on everything from keyword research, keyword mapping, content briefs and content optimisation. Strong knowledge of off-page SEO with confidence in tasks such as quality link building and digital PR strategy. Strategic and knowledgeable approach - able to manage projects whilst also strongly focusing on execution and process. Experienced with greater SEO projects such as website migrations. Knowledge of SERP features and optimisation for featured snippets. A confident and effective communicator, able to work and bring together different teams in the business and make successful business cases to senior stakeholders. Bright, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and energetic team player who can work under pressure on their own initiative to achieve results. High standard of English literacy and communication skills, both written and verbal. Be able to demonstrate confidence, creativity, and professionalism.
