*Open to all nationalities, English is required* Job Summary: You will own and oversee all SEO performance for in-house and client\'s websites. This role is responsible for the planning, optimization, and reporting across multiple on-site and off-site SEO initiatives to accelerate our monthly target keywords, run-rate traffic and lead growth goals. If you have a strong track record of results and are excited by innovating in one of the most competitive search markets, this role is for you. Your responsibilities consists of but not limited to: Build and guide a people-first culture centered around performance, inclusion, and strategy Build & Lead a team of 10+ SEO strategists in the execution of innovative campaigns SEO Build and optimate strategies for SEO clients that result in the client\'s exceeding their goals with white - grey - black hat SEO Rank & stable Client\'s SEO websites on top of Google Partner with the Project Managers in driving efficiency and scale across primary operational KPIs Provide leadership support in pitching new business and growing clients Understand changes to the marketplace and industry, adjusting client SEO strategies accordingly Oversee department budget, including staffing and resource requirements like capacity planning Help develop and improve our SEO product and deliverables to be the best in the market. You should have: Passion for SEO: you\'ll need to love all aspects of SEO from content development to backlinking, technical SEO to PR. You\'ll need to be both strategic and to execute with excellence. At least 3-4 years of experience with a proven track record of results. Leading and managing a fair amount of subordinates is a must for Manager role. Understand Market Trend of SEO in Southeast Asia Clear and direct communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with both developers and C-level management. Candidate should be comfortable collaborating across functions with marketing and developer teams to articulate results Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage Constantly updating the latest knowledge about SEO and market trend.
