Monitor, maintain, and manage Windows servers and infrastructure services
Support Active Directory, Exchange / Office 365, file and print services, RDS, antivirus, databases, and web servers
Ensure server availability, capacity planning, and SLA compliance
Participate in design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure
Monitor system health, event logs, and perform proactive remediation
Manage backup and restore operations and verify backup integrity
Handle batch job scheduling, print queue management, and housekeeping routines
Prepare capacity and availability reports
Create and maintain SOP, RCA, and knowledge base documentation
Ensure compliance with Group IT security standards
Provide L2/L3 support and root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents
Technical Requirements
Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 (including cluster troubleshooting)
Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting experience
Mandatory experience with M365/O365, Active Directory, Exchange, and File Server
Experience in at least one of the following: AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, RDS/RDWeb, TCP/IP, IIS/FTP, Citrix, Backup Exec, Veeam
Knowledge of SolarWinds, Symphony SummitAI, ManageEngine Desktop Central, PowerShell, and AccessMatrix is an advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft MCSE or MCSA
Citrix CCA or CCEE
ITIL Foundation
Work Arrangement
Location: On-site, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working hours: 11:30 PM to 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday (Canada time support)
Candidates must be comfortable with night shift and on-site work
