Roles and Responsibilities
Infrastructure Server Administration Support:
Administer and support Active Directory (AD) Manage Windows Server and Windows OS environments Maintain Print Servers and File ServersCloud Administration Support:
Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online Manage Barracuda email securityEnd User Computing (EUC) Engineering Support:
Administer Microsoft Intune and SCCM Deploy software, perform patching, and troubleshoot issuesIncident Management & Security:
Handle Exchange email-related incidents Manage endpoint device incidents Investigate Microsoft Defender alerts Respond to Barracuda-related security incidentsOperational Support:
Handle IT tickets and resolve incidents Manage endpoint vulnerability monitoring Plan, execute, and monitor patch management activities Participate in IT infrastructure and security projects Develop and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Helpdesk and operations teamsRequirements / Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Infrastructure supportTechnical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, SCCM Familiarity with endpoint and email security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Barracuda)Language:
Proficient in English for cross-regional communicationJob Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
