Requirements

• Able to work at Sunway Velocity.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Experienced candidates are added advantage.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.

Responsibilities
Reception & Greeting

• Welcome guests, greet politely, and arrange seating.
• Provide menus, briefly introduce signature dishes, or make recommendations.

Ordering Service

• Take guests' orders and ensure accuracy when entering into the POS system or passing them to the kitchen.

Food & Beverage Service

• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately according to standard service procedures.

During Dining Service

• Observe guests' needs, such as refilling water, providing extra cutlery, or handling special requests.
• Clear used items or replace plates promptly to maintain a clean dining environment.

Cleaning & Preparation

• Clean tables, chairs, floors, and other areas before and after meals.
• Replenish cutlery, condiments, napkins, and other essentials.
• Maintain neat personal appearance in line with the restaurant's image standards.
