Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles (experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Malay (additional languages are an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service center operations and maintain accurate records of customer bookings and service requests.
• Coordinate schedules for technicians and ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Prepare service-related reports and maintain an organized filing system.
• Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming service center environment.
